By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before confirming your appointment.

 

1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.

• Your booking is non-refundable. If you fail to attend your session, you forfeit the full payment.

• Rescheduling is only possible with at least 72 hours notice, and is subject to availability.

 

2. Lateness & No-Shows

• Please arrive on time. If you are late, your session time will be reduced accordingly, and you may not receive the full experience or number of images.

• If you do not show up or arrive more than 15 minutes late, your booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

• We run multiple sessions per day and cannot extend your slot, so please plan your journey carefully.

 

3. Loss, Damage & Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items during your session. Please keep all valuables secure and in your possession at all times.

 

4. Image Usage & Rights

• If you select “YES” on the image usage consent option during booking, you grant us permission to use your images across our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.

• If you select “NO,” your images will remain private and used solely for delivery to you.

• All photographs remain the intellectual property of our studio, and may not be edited, resold, or used commercially without written consent.

 

5. Exclusive Materials (Character List & Moodboard Disclosure)

Our Character List and Moodboards are the exclusive intellectual property of The Cast Studio, created through extensive time, research, and creative development.

These materials are provided for your personal reference only and must not be:

• Shared or forwarded to any third party

• Copied, redistributed, or reproduced in any form

• Used for other shoots, agencies, photographers, or studios

Any unauthorised sharing, reproduction, or use of these materials will result in:

• Immediate termination of your booking without refund

• A £500 breach fee to cover damages and misuse of intellectual property

• Potential legal action for copyright infringement

All moodboard, visual references, and character lists provided prior to your session are digitally tracked and identifiable per client.
Any redistribution or sharing of these materials with third parties (including agencies, photographers, or stylists) will automatically trigger the breach terms stated above.

We trust our clients to respect the creative integrity of our work — it’s what allows us to keep producing original and exclusive concepts for every shoot.

 

 

6. Conduct & Respect

We maintain a safe, professional, and inclusive environment. Disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour towards our team will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of your session without refund.

 

7. Delivery

• Edited images will be delivered digitally within 10 working days after your shoot, unless otherwise stated.

• RAW files are not included unless agreed in writing prior to the session.

 

8. Liability

While we take every measure to ensure your comfort and safety, our studio and staff are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during your session.

 

9. Agreement

By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated above.
